I want to put together a small group of maybe three or four musicians. I’d prefer to play acoustic, but electric is fine as long as it isn't blaring. Any instrument is welcome.
I would like to form a percussion-driven trio or quartet. At least one of the instruments should be a good soloist; I’m a competent soloist, but not a hotshot. It would be nice if one of the instrumentalists could also sing. I can sing backup.
"Percussion-driven" could mean salsa, samba, Afropop, swing, or other...music that grooves and spreads pleasure. We can explore possibilities together.
