ABOUT

Aureole (pronounced like Oriole) blends and bends the sounds from East to West – with a voice that is both hypnotic and uplifting. Over the past 6 years, Aureole sang lead vocals for the jazz group Bossa in Wonderland, doing jazz standards – and also spent time studying Indian scales and mantras from global vocalist / teacher Gina Sal?. Combining these diverse styles, she has created her own unique sound that is sultry, soothing, evocative, and danceable. With her debut album “Wash Me Clean”, Aureole uses her music to inspire introspection, and move people to action in both social justice and environmentalism. She is looking for all new committed musicians to start something consistent.
