AZURE LIVE are not your ordinary musicians. AZURE LIVE originated in Washington, DC in 2017 and they play everything (originals and covers) from R&B, Jazz, Soul, Alternative, Go-Go, Funk and more. You name it and it’s done.
The D.C. based Band features bandleader "Mystro", female vocalist - Miss Marva, male vocalist – “Kendell”, lead rapper – “Wyllz”, bassist – “Darnell”, and our phenomenal drummer – “Sticks”. "C-Note" is on keys, Our phenomenal trumpet player "E" and percussionists "Philly" and "JC". Last but not least, we have a dynamic manager Smoke, who recently received his Masters Degree in Business Management, while also doubling as an additional keys player.
The name AZURE is actually a shade of blue. Blue symbolizes TRUST, LOYALTY, WISDOM, CONFIDENCE, INTELLIGENCE, FAITH and TRUTH. AZURE LIVE exhibits all of the above as a unit. Blue is also beneficial to the mind and body which we display as we give our all.
