ABOUT

Looking to join a group as a vocalist and/or playing drums in blues, classic rock, country rock, southern rock, or any combination of those genres; also open to other genres. Have been playing drums and singing lead and harmony vocals for decades and have played in backup bands for Dale Hawkins, Berlin, and Faron Young. Grew up playing Zep, Hendrix, Cream, Yardbirds, and other classic bands.

Most recently played drums and sang with the group "Proof 102" and before that lead singer and drums with my hard blues group, MGB. MGB was the blues from the perspective of the rock remakes of the originals, i.e. Yardbirds, Zep, ZZ Top, and others with a rock edge. Have lots of experience with promoting - including band photos, ads and flyers, demo cd's - and seeking gigs and have some contacts with clubs/bars. View the sample set list in photos.
