Howdy,
I'm putting a band together, alt/country, a little on the punk rock side. You can check out my music at /babysnakesspeak. I have enough original songs for about 2 or 3 sets, and I'm working on some new songs now. I'm looking for a bass player and drummer. I love upright bass, but a bass guitarist would work, too. Someone who plays both would be perfect. The songs I have on , we only rehearsed once, two weeks before, so I had the bass player play very simple-like. I'm looking for someone with an aggressive approach and plays lots of notes. I need musicians with a schedule that allows regular practice, live gigs and mini-tours. I'm 33. I'd prefer to play with people my age or younger, unless you're a professional musician who can bring alot to this project. Looking the part never hurts.
