I am a bass player with the ability to play rythem guitar and a bit of lead vocal or back up vocal ability.

My range normally goes from blues, classic rock, alternative, hard rock, metal, and heavy metal. But I have dabbled in funk, jazz, punk, R&B, and many other genres.
They only allowed me to pick 3 genres but I have pretty much played just about everything. From my Acoustic years playing guitar to my Rock days playing bass. I've even played backup rythem for a couple of rappers. No matter what the project, if it gets me on stage in front of an eager crowd...count me in!

Influences
AC/DC, Metallica, Megadeth, Lynyrd Skynrd, Stephenwolf, zz top, Corrosion of conformity, Alice in Chains......the list goes on and on. I have taken a little bit from all these bands and come up with my own style, which is still versitile but distinctly mine. A lot of times I won't play a bass line for a cover song exactly as the original bassist did, which I feel is a good thing. I mean, if the audience wanted to hear the exact song, they would have put money in the jukebox, right?
And besides, I sometimes feel that original bass lines are made too simple and missing some of their fullness. This is where I add my own style, to fill the gap and widen the sound.
EQUIPMENT
I own a 4 string and 5 string bass and combo amp. 4 boom mic stands, 6 channel mixer, 4-5 mics, and misc. other stuff. I am adding to my collection all the time.
