Looking to create cool stuff with other musicians. I'm very interested in playing Jazz, blues, or hard Fusion. I'm also into varying Metal styles, but I prefer to add other things to it and go beyond the regular boundaries of Metal.
Musicians that I play(ed) with have described me as versatile, musical, and distinguished.
My goal in a group setting is to serve the musical situation while contributing a unique flare. I'm always involved deeply in the music- I'm not just playing beats for your band! I give immediate feedback and listen to the feedback of others with an open mind.
My personal goal as a drummer is to be able to better express myself as a soloist, and to always keep things fresh. It's always a work in progress. I'm not a "chops" drummer, though I have plenty. I believe in making the drums speak above any technical feat.
