rock music. and i play "guitar" not just rythm, and not just lead....i don't do bullsh*t leads, i only add them if they "better the song" i'm not into acting, or looking cool, nor looking for "cool" people, or anyone else, like pretty boys, or gothic, just people who can have fun and be themselves. not people playing music to pick up chicks, or money, i hate show offs, just people who love music, and wanna have fun doing it. you can be silly too if you want.

as far as "level of commitment" goes, it just depends on the band...if it seems to be working out, then my level of commitment will go up. i'm not looking for full blast right away, because i'm interested in writing quality songs, and that takes a while to get to know your band members, so patience must be a virtue.
