I've been on and off with my practice for more than a decade, but I'm trying to seriously get back into the drums again! I'm definitely more focused when I have someone else to play with and bounce ideas off of; I think of the drumkit as a supporting instrument, so they work best with someone to support.
I've played on stage before; it was through a music school workshop, but still, I have some experience with preparing, practicing, and playing live.

Influences
I tend to become enamored with individual tracks, but not follow artists or musicians. A lot of my music tastes were formed from playing Rock Band, so I tend to like a classic setup; guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. Green Day, Bad Religion, Rage Against the Machine, Weezer...punk rock, alternative rock, indie rock? I don't know genres, but I know what I like!
