Influences
Grew up as a metal-head (Metallica/Pantera/Iron Maiden/Megadeth, etc.). Got more into funk (Parliament/Tower of Power/Earth, Wind and Fire, etc.) the more I got into bass. Have had some classical training through piano and vocals. Received a jazz education at UM. Toured playing latin pop. Experienced in country and southern rock in Nashville. Basic mentality: willing to play anthing that pays.
EQUIPMENT
Carvin 5-string. Epiphone 4-string. Corbow 4-string fretless. Pedals include tuner, chorus, EQ, and envelope filter. Primary rig is an Aguilar. Also own an upright bass, though not fully proficient. Own flight cases for all gear except the upright and fretless bases.

Funky Little Fish Year: 2001 Album: Sexual Heroes RI Demo Genre: Alternative
This is a tune I wrote with my old college band. Most of the music was written by me, although the drummer, Russ Kleiner, did a lot to perfect it. Afterwards, the singer, Bill Ready, put these great lyrics to it.
