ABOUT

12 years playing electric bass in cover bands. I also play electric upright bass and a some cello in church bands.
As a kid, I played with rock bands and did a lot of gigs around Chicago. In recent years I've played bass guitar with several bands in San Diego, performing classic rock at small clubs and private events. I've also played with a worship band for 5 years.
I enjoy all types of rock, R&B and contemporary Christian music. I have a set-list that covers songs from 1970 to current day.

I'm an intermediate-advanced bass player and can cover most songs, with a little practice. I also play an electric upright bass which doubles as cello. I can play rhythm guitar and do a little background singing. I'm a retired architect. Until we all get vaccinated for Covid, I'm limiting my bass playing to outdoor church services.
