I enjoy playing guitar, bass, cello, percussion, whatever I can get my hands on you can bet I'll tinker with, but I prefer to play bass. I enjoy southern rock, blues, classic rock, funk, R&B, soul, some heavier rock is fine too.

I'm currently playing with Fork in the Road, a classic retro rock cover band, around the Chicago suburbs:

I'm also currently in the house band at the Kirkland Jam Night (Open Mic) at Blind Eye's Blue Note, every week on Fridays, 8pm-1am. It's a great place to network and meet local musicians. Many people have formed bands or found band members through the weekly jam night. Come on out and jam with us! In general, we have a classic rock / southern rock / very bluesy feel here, but we are open minded and it's not unusual to see a country duo or a metal set.

I am available as a fill-in for gigs or studio work (BASS ONLY), on a first-booked basis. Touring might be a possibility under the right circumstances and pay.

I'm pretty open minded, but, please don't contact me if you want bass for screamo or rap. Vulgar, screaming, or monotone vocals just don't do it for me, sorry.

I don't do practice much. Rehearsal, maybe. Give me a list, I'll show up prepared. If you need references, just ask.

In addition to playing bass, I'm a Website Designer and Internet Software Engineer of 17 years. I build and maintain websites, and I'm available on a freelance basis to architect band websites.
