There were only 3 genres of music that i am not familiar with. I am a bass player that has played for 35 years, the past 10 professionally. I JUST LOVE TO PLAY MY BASS. I just moved to San Antonio and have played with some good musicians, but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. .
I am really looking for a bad ass reddirt band., but I love to make music. Songs where each instrument plays it's own song, then combine it into one masterpiece. I would love a googoodolls/john Mayer/matchbox 20/incubus/3 doors down/blues travlers/breaking Benjamin/daughtry/Dave Mathews mixed with a little santana/staind/train/vertical horizon topped off with some SRV, Whiskey Meyers and Cross Canadian Ragweed!!!!!!!
And you can also throw in some R/R, Stoney, Wade, Casey, Pat, Aaron, Kevin, No Justice, Dolly Shine, Eli Young Band.
That is truly my band of choice. I want the musicians to build the perfect party band! !!!!
