I was the rhythm guitarist and a lead and backup vocalist with That 60s Band, based in Bergen County, NJ, for 2 years. We play only 60s music (essentially from 1964 to 1972), with complex vocal harmonies and memorable lyrics and melodies. We cover the usual suspects such as the Byrds, Spoonful, and of course Beatles, but we also cover less well known (and played) artists like Strawberry Alarm Clock, Syndicate of Sound, Question Mark and the Mysterians, etc.

I play acoustic 6 and 12 string guitar, both rhythm and finger-picking. I've done both since the mid 1970s. Even though the guitar is my main instrument, at age 3, I sat down at our piano and was simply able to play it, so I consider myself a born musician.

I've also sung for years. I have a lyric mezzo-soprano voice with a natural vibrato in my higher registers and a strong belt in my lower register. I'm happiest in the Mama Cass range. I can harmonize extremely well.
