ABOUT

Updates:

8/13/18---After working with The Hot Tin Roof Band for 6+ months, we have parted companies and I've pulled the train back into the station. When 1 door closes, another door opens. In the meantime, taking this break to put in some serious workouts on the drums (and annoying the neighbors!) and shoot some Drum Covers, which I'll be posting to "Y O U T U B E" in the not-too-distant future, as I ready myself for the next destination on my musical journey thru life!

Stay tuned! Peace to all! ~ Brian (aka Johnny Rockit)

4/21/18---2 months into Hot Tin Roof Band, and we're set to perform at Tin House Ranch (Oviedo, Fla.) this coming Sat., Apr. 28th!

2/17/18 ----**Checking out a Band (FB: HOT-TIN-ROOF-BAND-1055335054519224/ ) that is re-forming and contacted me...they're looking for an experienced drummer and wanted to know if I was interested/available. Soooo...loading-up my drumkit into the SUV & heading toward SE Orlando tomorrow afternoon to see if we're all a good "fit".**
==============
Attention Musicians in the Leesburg & Central FL area:

With the passing of my life-long friend & bass player Glyn J.(RIP Feb. 2017), I am back into the game and in-search of fellow talented musicians, either to form a new group, or who are in need of a well rounded Drummer/Percussionist to fill your Band's void.

If producing clean, well rehearsed music that brings people to their feet is YOUR thing, I wanna talk with YOU!

Searching for Pro-minded musicians who can BRING IT! Looking for Lead & Backup Vocals, Lead & Rhythm Guitars, Bass and Keyboard as core musicians, as well as additional musicians for horns, sax, percussion to produce a full CONCERT group. My ultimate target: Concert Venues around the Central Florida and East/West Florida Coast areas.

I'm into covers of Classic to newer Rock, Blues, and a bit of other genres such as the newer Country..whatever that would really strike-our-fancy and "move" the audience at any particular venue. Think everything from Pink Floyd to Genesis; Molly Hatchet to Linkin Park; Rush to Dire Straits; Eric Church to Kenny Wayne Shepherd, to everything in-between thrown into the mix. If it rocks, and the audience digs it, lets tackle it!!

If you have solid PRO skills and mindset...able to pull off incredible riffs & solos, and this sounds like something you would be interested in being a part of, I'd sure be interested in hearing from you! Drop me a note here Bandmix!

Rock ON!

Sooooo....bumped into Harry C. (Lead Guitar extraordinaire) yesterday after not seeing him in about 2 years, and it is ON LIKE DONKEY CONG. Loading up the BnBD's (Black & Blue Devils - aka DDrum Diablo drumkit), and settin' 'em up @ Harry's for a bit of a warm-up and jam session. May reach out to Danny S. (lead & rhythm) who also has a bass player that he works with...
