I've been playing since the '60s. I had bands regularly through the '70s and '80s. I've been out of the music biz since the '90s, though I still practice every day and record some at home. I've recently decided I need to get a band together and to perform periodically. Ideally I'd like to gig a few times per month. I'm still in the early planning stages and I'll update this as plans progress.

Influences

While I originally studied jazz and I have influences over many styles, this project is blues. My blues influences include B.B. King, Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray Vaugh, Jeff Beck, and players like those.

Members Of Band

Just started to put the band together – need bass, drums, keys, and a 2nd guitar. Prefer a mix of ethnicities and genders. Definitely want at least one woman vocalist. No drugs, No alcohol.

EQUIPMENT

Many guitars: Gibson, Fender, PRS, and more. I also build guitars as a hobby and some of my favorites are my own builds. I have some powered speakers. I think I have an old mixing board somewhere. I can get what I don't have.
