For years, I have wanted to put together a band to play only Beatles music. Not a cover band, there are too many of those now. This is simply for the love of the music I have enjoyed through the years. The type of setting is going to be like when the eagles did the acoustic review of several of them sitting on stools playing and singing except I hope to eventually have a small orchestra backing up the band. At first, I will put together the main musicians and singers to work on some of the familiar guitar licks and harmonies. This is not intended to be a band that plays all the time. I have a family and have to work as well. This is only for special occasions such as the Rhythm and Roots festival in Bristol or Fun Fest in Kingsport, those type of venue’s.
