SEEKING
Band to Join, Vocalist, Bass Guitar, Drums, Other Percussion, Harmonica, Upright bass, Cello.ABOUT
I am looking for a bass player and drummer for a kickin' blues set to play out. I was born in New Orleans, and grew up in Memphis, so I have a long tradition of playing Blues, Funk, Rock, and various flavors of Soul. I consider myself an great slide player, on both electric and acoustic guitars, and I am a conscientious and collaborative rhythm player. I can hold down the vocals, but am not a stage hog if you wanna sing or know any great singers that can play the harp.

This song came to me as I was thinking of a childhood friend whom I heard through the grapevine had passed away recently. A breeze blew through the trees as I thought of him, and I began to play this melody.

Genocide
Genocide Track number: 2 Year: 2015 Album: Songs Genre: Rock
Genocide features my band in Japan, Barefoot Brothers, doing our power trio thing. The song has to do with modern imperialism, and the continued systematic removal of native peoples from their lands. Contact me if you would like to be active in supporting tribes in Washington state. There are many ways to help.
