Band to Join.ABOUT
Old guy (63) looking for people of any age to jam, practice, and perform.
Band interests: I play lead guitar or keys/second guitar. Sing some lead and backing vocals. I prize variety. I like covers (that's what people want to hear) from classic rock, old-school R&B, the blues, and new(er) bands (my children have led me to newer acts). Hard worker. First concern is the audience and providing enough variety to keep them interested. Not interested in open-ended jamming or every song stuck in a single genre or a single vocalist.
Accompanist interests: Also interested in working with a singer as an accompanist on piano or guitar. Classic pop and swing and acoustic singer-songwriter stuff.
One issue: I spend two weeks a month out of state.
