EQUIPMENT
There’s not enough room. When you were the ONLY tech within 50 miles and knew all of your customers; did quality work (hence DC sound)(dirt cheap) you develop quite a boneyard of stuff that you eventfully repair. Like a 66 strat that was repainted by the owner and refused to come get it because of a $75 quote. But that was in 1969 and a 66 wasn’t near rare; $229 locally. Happens a lot when you just hold stuff expecting the owners to return and they never do. Especially during the Nam era.
