Are you someone who enjoys listening to, and more importantly, creating new music and sounds rather than trying to regurgitate the same played out rock/pop themes and styles? Are you also a creative and talented male or female vocalist? Would you enjoy writing interesting music and hanging out with like minded musicians who can be professional, original, and still have a rad time? Do you dig the tunes you heard at the link below, and have audition material you could provide in order to streamline this process of weeding out endless applicants with no experience, drive, or enough courtesy to return your emails once they have decided they are in over their head in writing to the music you have provided them, when all they have to say is "This just isn't for me. thanks anyway man."? If "yes" is your answer to all these questions please read on.
We are a 4 piece yet unnamed group searching for a vocalist. Experience is a must, as well as the ability to write competently. We are open to anyone in the Omaha NE and surrounding areas, and also anyone regionally who has the ability record and collaborate seriously from a distance. The ultimate goal here is to complete the band, record a professionally produced collection of songs, and distribute and start playing live. Follow the link below to hear a sample of some of the pre-production stuff we already have written and completed, sans vocals of course. If the songs catch your ear and you would like to set up an audition in person or by trying your hand at singing on any of the songs, please submit some form of audition material of your own to be taken into serious consideration.
