After performing over 4500 gigs as the front man in one of Detroit's top bands, "The Sun Messengers" (House band for the Detroit Pistons), William (Big Will) Elijah decided to follow his dream & have his own band. He started it with a main focus, NEVER to be average or be another "bar/wedding band". "I will deliver "PREMIER" entertainment anytime, anywhere." "I want everyone to feel like they've paid top dollar for a concert ticket when they see us perform," says William.

The 360 Degrees Band is a group of multi-talented, experienced musicians that match Big Will's unparalleled stage energy and share his vision to give the audience a visual experience while enjoying outstanding musicianship. The group features the talents of Mrs. Diana (Lady Di) McNary on Keys & Vocals, Andre (Sarg) Bell on Drums, Michael Fredericks on Bass & Vocals, Deon Yates on Tenor Sax & Keys and Michael Privett on Guitar. William (Big Will) Elijah completes the cast with Vocals, Keys, Trumpet, Guitar and Timbales while providing amazing energy & showmanship. Together they take you on a 360 Degree musical journey touching many music styles from Dance/Top 40, Rock to Hip-Hop, Jazz, Latin, Classics and New Country.
