ABOUT
Looking to join a project around groove jazz / funk in the vein of groups like Lettuce, Down to the Bone, etc. Something where there is structure but some room to improvise. A similar lack of genre like Snarky Puppy, maybe? Anybody out there doing anything like this ?
Have been in the northern burbs of Chicago for about 11 years. Had been extremely active in the music scene of my hometown in San Diego . Currently playing with an original rock project and one classic rock band plus multiple recording projects. Not a jobber, but I always have time for something interesting.
I am also always looking to expand my circle of musician friends for collaboration and writing/recording projects.
