I am basically a songwriter. I can sing a little and I can play guitar a little but enjoy stringing words together on top of melodys. I really like collaborating with other musicians to bring an unexpected end result of basic works and concepts. I have relocated and been out of the loop for a while but wanting to put a group together, bang out some original material, record, play out, have fun, repeat.
I have some good material to start with and it won't take long for the creative juices to start flowing again. I have worked with a lot of awesome musicians from beginners to pros and not worried about the level of skill as much as creativeness and chemistry but we do want to sound good. Your input and contributions determine the sound but looking for more of an electric/acoustic rock sound with various style accents.
I really like starting things light and slowly crescendoing to a full on rock wall of sound. Sort of like bunnies hopping through a field of flowers and the flowers turn out to be mutated venus flytraps. The flowers just nibble at first then unable to satiate their thirst, it quickly progresses to much more...the bunnies defend then retaliate...the sky fills with shrills, foliage and fur...grass blood red...plants trampled...look at the carnage..the leaves, the bones...ooohh the humanity then cut away to one bunny with one floppy ear holding a dandelion, tears draw to the corners of his eyes, he remembers yesterday, his remorse is reflected deep in those black pools. He lets his lids close as he wishes and blows, fade to white.

Come on. It will be an adventure.
