Guitarist, 44, seeking Drummer for Heavy Blues/Psych/Doom/Fuzz Rock band. Old school to the bone. Heavy stuff but not overly sludgy or down-tuned. More like, heavy for 69/70. I have gear, transportation and lots of previous band experience (see Evoken & Funebrarum).

Need a wild man....a Paul Whaley/Mitch Mitchell/John Garner/Keith Moon style drummer who can pound, flail, and hammer it out but can also swing like Bill Ward. Age is not very important but i'd prefer someone over 40. Willing to commute to Greenville, Spartanburg & Johnson City areas if need be.

Songs are written but this project is still very much in its infancy. I am however, quite dedicated in eventually making this a real gigging/recording band. If you're looking to gig tomorrow or record an album right away, this is not the ad for you. I will not rush this or put out something inferior. I've put way too much time and effort into this to make that mistake.

PLEASE....NO timewasters, drug addicts/alcoholics, biblethumpers (religious is one thing, but if you're specifically a "Christian Musician" look elsewhere), thieves or guys just looking to jam even though they have no interest in this particular style of music (i.e. into Southern Rock, Classic Rock, straight up Heavy Metal, Indie/Alt or worst of all Emo/Screamo/whatever trendy crap all the kids are currently digging) I am ready to go and need someone that is willing to make this happen.
