BLAME IT ON THE GIRL is a female-fronted 5-piece party-rock COVER BAND based in Northern NJ, established in 2012. The band features 4 lead vocalists, allowing a very versatile songlist and great harmonies, and the focus is on creating a high-energy and fun entertainment experience for its audience. BLAME IT ON THE GIRL's repertoire focuses on upbeat, edgy, party-rock cover songs from popular bands that span contemporary artists through the 80's; artists like Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, No Doubt, Madonna, Britney Spears, Muse, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Sublime, Def Leppard, Journey, Bon Jovi, Cheap Trick, and many more. The band likes to play alternate version of songs and creates medleys with a theme. BLAME IT ON THE GIRL is on rotation at several well known venues, plays at festivals, town concerts, weddings, private parties, and corporate events in the NJ/NY metro area.
