ABOUT
Blah, Blah, Blah I'm fun, we should play together...
I've played professionally in rockabilly band in high school, sang in high school and college choir, years in alternative band in 90's in Athens, GA (when alternative actually meant something). Mixed monitor sound at the 40Watt for a minute.
I see value in most styles of music, given the right context. And I believe most good songs can be written on acoustic guitar.
Styles I embrace:
* Post-punk
* Indie
* classic rock, but not all
* some 70-80s metal
* post wave
* downtempo
* math rock
* anything on SomaFM.
I've been studying The Beatles more lately and appreciating the skill in their songwriting - largely to understand the music theory behind it.

* Very good gear for guitar.
* Bass guitar is good and I play through guitar rig, because my style of bass is a little crunchy.
* Workable PA setup
* I have good acoustics guitars
* No portable keyboard setup now - but I like to write with keyboard/piano at home.
