Guitarist/singer, in his 50’s looking to either start/join somewhat local working cover band. Led a band for the last 7 ½ years. Band broke up, due to players moving, etc. Looking in the Bucks county PA/Central NJ region. Ideal situation would have band located in lower bucks county, and as far out as Monroe Bordentown, Burlington, etc…
Looking for like-minded professional types, who have played out, and either has connections to get gigs (preferred), or willing to go out and make some.
Also looking for people willing to work to get a good mix of classic-todays rock/pop music, from 60s to today, to make people dance. From the Beatles, Stones, etc - to Bruno Mars, etc... the idea is to bring a wide range of people of all ages who enjoy live music.
Big plus if you understand the difference between practice (what you do by yourself), and rehearsal (what you do with other people).
People who apply must have an understanding of how volume works (it is just not play louder).
I have over 20 years experience singing/playing in bands/duos, etc. Looking for people who get how much fun it is to play good music, and work as a team.
Looking to practice once a week until we gel, play 1-2x a month. NO drugs, drama, non committed types. Just want to play good music, have fun, and play out.
Not into just jamming, looking for people to work toward a goal.
