Retired Navy musician (27 years). Full time free lance performer in Norfolk VA since 1996. Recently moved to New Orleans.

Instruments:
Trumpet, cornet, tenor banjo, rhythm guitar, vocals, both lead and backup.
Styles:
Dixieland, standards, 50's-70's pop/rock/R&B.
What I've done:
Strolling on trumpet, banjo or guitar; anything larger than a duo I bring both trumpet and banjo
Jazz combo, swing band or R&B horn band
Society/Big Band, lead, ride, and section
Jazz/singalong solo act with backing tracks
Track bugler at Colonial Downs, Richmond VA since '97 (yes, I own as herald trumpet)
German Oktoberfests in lederhosen
“Strolling Santa” band
Equipment:
Bose L2 compact PA system with Tone Match mixer. This weighs less than 20 pounds and will drive a full band.
As a vocalist I consider my sound rig to be as necessary me as, say, a drummer's cymbals are to him. The system comes with
me on any job I am hired for.
