SEEKING
Band to Join.ABOUT
I've played many bands/genre's; blues, rock, funk, Motown, oldies. My preference is to play no more than once/twice a month as I have a business and family. I'm available for practice at least one night a week and have a studio in Carlsbad with a PA for rehersal.
I lived in Vermont for 27 years before I moved to San Diego; here's a link to the web site for my Vermont band who I still play with when I go back for business:

Influences
I grew up in 60's-70's in Jersey. Lots of Motown, hard rock, tons of funk, great bands with horns and flash, blues galore. My main instrument is the organ and I've been a fan of the late Jimmy Smith and Tony Monaco for years. I'm inspired by Niacin and John Novello as I can't believe an organ trio can sound as good as they do. Early influences were John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers, Blues Project, Blood Sweat and Tears, Vanilla Fudge, Greg Rolie of early Santana (a killer), Ten Years After, the Nice (early Emerson, another killer on the Hammond/moog/piano).
