ABOUT

Hailing from Pennsylvania, and spending half of his life in Massachusetts, Bob creates a signature sound that is juxtaposed of a Folk vain and a Gospel way of illustrating his daily life through music. At the tender age of ten, Bob picked up a guitar for the first time in his life. After not playing instruments throughout his teenage years, Bob began to teach himself various chords and riffs on the guitar during his college experience. This talent forged Bob into a mode of writing original songs of his very own. As music became an intricate piece of Bob's daily existence, he recorded a Gospel, EP in 1990, Living In The Real World. The album was produced by Tom Waltz of Waltz Studios in Boston, MA.
Influenced by industry respected singers/songwriters, James Taylor, Van Morrison, Tom Rush and Bruce Cochburn, Bob began to promote his sound by taking center stage at local venues that housed up and coming artists.
In 1998, Bob returned to the studio and alongside Mike Conner, produced another EP, Slice of Americana. Bob was granted the pleasure of performing alongside some of the best and most prominent Folk musicians of the time, including those who played at Bob's establishment, The New Song Folk Club.
These experiences led Bob to being granted the privilege to also lend his talents to live shows that included Grammy winner, Mike Asquino and others like Bob Franke, Slaid Cleaves, Lori Mckenna, Mary Gauthier and Josh Ritter.
Though Bob prides himself on not setting specific goals but he does want to use his music as a platform for his message of Truth, Honesty and Integrity.

Bob is equally as comfortable in front of a large church congregation or a festival crowd. He could rock with any band. He can Blow Harp with anyone! He can make you feel the blues or make you cry with a Gospel song;you never know...
