Greetings I help host Open Mic at The Living Room on Main Street in Stroudsburg, Pa. We are always looking for new faces to come out and share with us their love of music, art and poetry. We accept an genres and styles as well as no censorship (within reason, as we don't tolerate hate speeches). We are also looking to book feature spots for each week, where up and coming Artists/Bands can grow their fan base, plug up coming events, and sell their own merchandise. In partnership with The Spot on Montage Open Mic this week will be hosting a battle to win 3 hours of studio recording time at The Spot on Montage. Any interested bands must show up by 6:30pm for sign ups as well will only be taking the first 10 bands/Artists of the night.
There will be a panel of judges scoring for the night as well as a $2 charge for this night only per person and all proceeds go to keeping The Living Room running.

Come out and enjoy a great night of music and entertainment. Our feature for this week will be Cosmic an great young band who has joined us a few times for open mic over the past year.
Refreshments as always will be free but please remember that we rely on our tips to stay open as well as your tips keep the bands coming.
We are still collecting canned goods as well for our winter food drive.
