Looking for a versatile, youthful 50-60 YO bassist with chops and the ability to add tight harmonies and even sing some lead if that's there. I'm longtime rhythm acoustic guitarist and top-level vocalist who plays in a groove alongside a world-class percussionist I've been playing with for almost 30 years. We are tight, and we're looking for that third piece (possibly 4th once this gels) to get us into band situations. We don't gig a ton - 2 maybe 3 times a month, sometimes less, sometimes more. Playing for the love of playing at some nice venues. Not many rehearsals given our experience. Would rehearse as needed to get bassist up to speed on our playlist (about 175 tunes from Eagles to Incubus, from Bill Withers to Black Crowes. Very diverse repertoire, not all center cut hits, but great songs.
Have played hundreds of gigs, from solo to heading 6 pc rock band.
