Looking for a bassist, keyboard / synth player, and possibly saxophonist / multi instrumentalist to join in my solo project Trash Moth. It's a new solo project where I work mainly by myself in the studio but put together a lineup for live shows. I would be writing & arranging songs and bringing them to the band, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable following that input, although as a live group there's always room to experiment. I would love to start playing gigs regularly in NYC starting in the spring. I'm also looking for members who would be willing / able to do a tour in the summer of '23. Heavy alt 90s vibes with lots of fun riffs. Mainly looking to play with more women / non binary folks.
I've been playing music in the city for almost 10 years, have lots of gigging experience, and would love to play with other musicians who are similarly committed.
