I'm mainly using this site to find paying gigs with my harmonica. I work as a solo acoustic act with guitar and harp, but I also like to just play "high energy bring the house down blues harp" as well as tasty melodic ballad playing . In my audio file examples I included a few studio gigs I have done as well as an old be home movie ballad. I have a great ear and can blend with and enhance any style. I've played lead and rhythm keys and guitars in bands on the road and in Phx AZ. Relocated to Michigan 2 years ago and I like all the music going on here.

Influences

I'm influenced by everything I hear. My harmonica roots are in the old black blues masters up through the white dudes like Lee Oskar, Huey, Magic Dick, Butterfield, etc. i get a kick hearing the old War harp line in a recent TV commercial (Low Rider). I studied guitar at Berklee and learned all the notes and numbers etc and started playing keys and synths in bands about 10 years later. Well rounded with lots of stage experience.
