My primary goal is to land gigs as a solo guitarist. I create/perform one guitar arrangements of standards like Autumn Leaves, Satin Doll, Moonlight In Vermont, On Green Dolphin Street etc. I'd also consider playing some gigs as a fill-in guitarist and/or play with a band that's playing out on Friday and Saturday nights. For those who don't know me, I'll mention a few things about myself. I've been playing guitar for 25 years and I've been playing in bands for about 21 years. I've taken private lessons from various guitar instructors including Dave Denlinger who graduated from Music Tech and Jim Reiske who attending Berklee School Of Music. I also have taken 4 courses from Berklee online and acquired a certificate. During the 20 years that I played in bands I played mostly rock from 70's, 80's and '90's and some blues. I've also played country on occasion. I can learn songs quickly and I can improvise well. With the exception of micromanagers, I get along with nearly anyone. I prefer to play the classics but I'm willing to play nearly anything if it lands paying gigs. I have some recordings that can be heard at /bradbeer. The recordings are about 5 years old and the info on the My Space page is probably rather dated. One thing I need to mention up front is that I'm not looking to start a band. I know that there are a lot of great musicians and great people out there looking to start bands but it's just not what I'm looking for. If interested, please inbox me. Thanks
