Brian Ervin

Experienced drummer with 25+ years experience. I'm originally from Memphis Tn and have now lived in Orange City for 5 years. I'm currently creating a fun and exciting Dance Band. I'm seeking a male and female vocalist for a high energy multi genre band. I've played in different multi genre bands back in Memphis and also here in Orlando. I am also a sub drummer around town for many different bands. I currently play for a Pink Floyd/Led Zeppelin tribute once a month or so. I love to play a variety of music (not just one or two genres). I'm a very high energy drummer that loves a high energy band. No Death Metal, Punk, Emo ETC. I've been there done that many years ago and I've moved on. I'm 43 yrs old and still play like I'm 18. I have professional equipment (mics, cords, drums etc) and I'm ready to rock. I have several example videos and plenty of references on request. No Drugs, No BS and Definitely no Egos. I don't do any of those and you shouldn't either. I have 2 kits depending on stage size. Kit 1 is a 6 piece carbon fiber Mapex Orion series on a gibralter rack. This kit doesnt take up a lot of room because everything is on the rack and not spread out. Kit 2 is a small Tama Star Classic with a small 18" kick drum with 2-3 toms. This one uses stands with legs so, although it's small it can still take up some room.
All Paiste Signature Series Cymbals. 13" hats, 12" splash, 14" full crash, 16" thin crash, 18" precision crash and a 20" power ride.
The Mapex kit has Sennheiser e604 series pro drum mics internally mounted in the toms. Sennheiser e604 external snare mic. Shure Beta 52 mounted internally in the kick drum.
I also have a Behringer in Ear Monitor rig.
