Former Semi Pro Musician looking to get back into music for fun. 40 years playing, with several periods in serious revenue-producing bands in the 1990s. Passable guitarist, and formerly excellent singer who is a little rusty, but still has the chops (maybe not the range or stamina). Old school equipment, but financially able to upgrade. I'd prefer to sing if i had to choose. Good ear and would also be available to consult and mentor a band looking for an outside opinion. I have a day job that requires significant travel, so looking more for a weekend "dad band" situation. I don't do drugs and just quit drinking.

Influences
I was an '80's/'90's screamer. Influences: Halford, Rose, Tyler, Dickinson, Dio, Plant, Whitesnake...etc. Super comfortable now in the scratchy, bluesy Classic Rock range of: Chris Robinson, Paul Rodgers, Paul McCartney, Don Henley, Meat Loaf, the guy from the Gin Blossoms, Burton Cummings, Mike Hutchence, Adam Levigne, and can do a killer Justin Hayward or Dennis DeYoung if required. With some work I could get back to the Steve Marriott, Plant range pretty quickly.

EQUIPMENT
Lots of vintage and boutique electric guitars - one acoustic. I'm a vintage guitar collector, so the herd changes often. Marshall and Ampeg Vintage amps. Small, old Peavey PA. I have an SUV. Upgrading equipment is not a problem.
