Retired a few years ago, looking for a mature band to enjoy working with. Play out, private gigs or just for kicks but most importantly, looking for laid back fun people with a sense of humor, life's too short for drama and attitudes.

Influences
A lot of southern rock, standard rock and growing up in Texas (with family roots in Fort Smith area) Country and Western of course. Started age 10, I can play just about anything, but I got my chops on Van Halen, Boston, Skynerd, Kansas, Queen and the like. Basically, any of the good old music works for me - but there's plenty more modern stuff out there that I enjoy - and of course original stuff is always a plus.

EQUIPMENT
I have a full acoustic 6 piece drum set at home and a 5 piece electronic to take anywhere. I have no mics or amps - but not opposed to getting some new gear.
