I've been playing music since about 10,I'm now 57, grew up playing bass and open chords on guitar, mostly rock & blues, some jazz, as an adult I played acoustic guitar rock songs with another one or two musicians every week at a bar but it was more kind of a camping type feel and people would join in on the singing but I've done formal gigs as well ; I had a stroke when I was 48 which made my left side weak and unable to play chords anymore so I'm trying to strengthen my arm and hand enough so I might be able to play a guitar using a slide or something and I'm learning the harmonica so I'm green on harmonica but am learning quickly, I think faster than someone with no musical experience would and looking for a band to play some tunes with and hopefully gig, I can sing a little but don't have a great voice or anything
