Hello and thanks for taking a look at our AD. - We are a drummer and bassist looking to form a cover band to play shows hopefully sometime this summer. We both have been playing for over twenty years with experience. We are looking for a Lead Singer and Lead Guitar player with chops. We need someone with time and commitment! The bassist and i have been jamming on and off the past year, we are both good players.

We need a good singer and guitarist who is capable of playing our material. We are looking for melodic musical players who know tunes reasonably well and know thier instrument well. You should be willing to put time into learning more songs also. We want to play mostly 80's and some 70's and maybe a few 90's and current stuff as well. We have potential Pro connections for local/regional shows as soon as we complete a lineup. Chops, tone, and personality are all important! Our setlist already includes tunes by: White lion, Bon jovi, Kiss, Van Halen, Firehouse, Heart, Journey, Dokken, Motley Crue, Creed, Green Day, Survivor, and more.

There is actually a demand now for tunes from the 80's at certain clubs in and around Boston. We want to bring back some of the quailty hair rock bands that haven't been heard in awhile. We want to stay away from what everyone else is playing in the clubs so that we dont sound like every other band, but rather play some B - Side songs as well. We are versatile flexible players, and we're up for doing other material that you may choose, also including doing original songs, however we're also trying to build a quality reportoire that will attract and hold an audience in high profile gig situations if possible. So please be prepared to play reasonably well.

Were not looking to practice 9 days a week for the next ninety nine years to learn how to play, we already know how to do that. Practice is done at home, rehearsal is with the band. We're NOT looking for party animals or people with serious addictions or personality disorders. We're interested in a somewhat seasoned singer, somewhat talented musician who's genuinely excited by this type of music, capable of playing it, & available to make it happen. We would probably rehearse once a week on a saturday of sunday until we sound good enough to play shows, but were sure it wont take long to get things rolling.

We also need you to pitch in your fair share equally as far as rehearsal space. We are currently using the Jamspot in cambridge to rehearse at. When we do rehearse we all split the cost equally. Age is not a factor, but You should be a seasoned player and be capable of playing very well

We dont mind if you are a male of female musician, just as long as you are good! Female singers are encouraged to audition as well. - We need players who have the time to do this.
