    Armful of blues for you
Pocket full of dues from me
I’m rain soaked and I’m freezing
Won’t you open up your door
To the man you knew before
To the man you loved before
Been wandering round seems like years
Don’t want to cry no more tears
    I’m wasted and I’m wounded
    I’m an innocent victim
    Of a wild wild youth
    Beat up old Chevy truck
Kind of been down on my luck
    I’m torn and I’m tattered
    But it doesn’t really matter
Just as long as I have you
I’ve been from New York to LA
    They all seem the same
    From the stars up above
    To the oceans down below
You’re all I want to know
You’re all I need to know
She says she’s an old old soul
Just wants to find her way home
    It’s been a long day’s journey
    Drifting into night
    She’s a girl, such a beautiful girl

ABOUT

Looking for a lead guitarist / slide player in the vein of Mick Taylor, Marc Ford, Ronnie Wood, Clapton, Duane... I'm a songwriter-guitarist-vocals and I write from Stones/Black Crowes style blues and rockers to Otis style soul to Clash style rockers to Gram Parsons style punktry and everything in between.
