Hello!

I’m Brock, former guitarist/singer for Astral Zonata. I’ve been playing guitar for over 20 years, with plenty of shows under my belt. I play/write mostly classic rock/blues/psychedelic/folk and some early metal. I have written/recorded three solo albums in the past.

Currently, my bassist (best friend) and I are trying to continue where we left off with our previous band, and are in need of a drummer. Our current music is an interesting blend of classic rock epics and alternative, with a hint of blues. Think Rush meets RHCP, meets Pink Floyd.

We love a ton of technical drummers, as well as some not so technical. Most importantly, we’re looking for a balance between your ability and who you are as a person. Our new drummer needs to be creative, have good stamina, be flexible with time/music arrangements, have similar taste in music, be passionate, professional, clean, and easy to work with.

We currently practice in Waukegan, IL and have a full setup with drums. However, we are open to other locations/rehearsal spaces when the time comes.
