Hey guys, I'm Bruce. I'm currently a college student at Auburn, and would love to find some people to play with. I'm interested and well-versed in a lot of different kinds of music. I have some classical training on the guitar, and have a moderate amount of theory. I play primarily lead guitar, and have for 8 years. I can play anything from Niccolo Paganini's 24th Caprice to Cream's "White Room" to Joe Satriani's "Satch Boogie" to Metallica, My Chemical Romance, Robert Johnson, the Ramones, the Misfits, Steve Vai, etc. Basically, if it has a good guitar part or is fun to play on the guitar, I can and do play it. Really looking for a band just for playing local shows and having fun, at least to start out. Preferably punk or some sort of rock; blues and funk are also very fun. I would also be okay with being in a jam band, because that stuff is fun as hell. If anyone around here is starting a ska band... Count me in. Absolutely.
