Band to Join.ABOUT
Occasional blues/jazz vocalist with DC area big bands that can't take a steady diet of the Ray Charles and other charts I possess. I hope to see how those arrangements sound in a different format---either small combo or piano/vocal duo. I'd like to run through them with a keyboardist who knows this genre, then get a sense if there's any place for this music in the modern world other than the shower. Perhaps with practice we can create a polished, presentable product.
