Influences

Lead guitarist in the Milford area looking to join up or start up a project. I am 56 yrs old and have been playing for over a thousand years! My influences are Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Ritchie Blackmore, Eric Johnson, Satriani etc. I have a good ear and can play or play along with just about anything. I have pretty good chops and sound. Using a Strat or PRS playing stereo between a Marshall and a Fender Cyber Twin.

I'm looking to enhance what you might already have going or find some other musicians who can find a groove that feels right. I occasionally play in a classic rock band which has a female singer and we do mostly 70's and 80's rock. Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Deep Purple, The Who, ZZ Topp etc. Country, blues, ...bring it on!

I'm open to collaborating with other musicians to do something more creative and possibly even some original stuff/recordings etc. Horn secions, R&B, world music. I'll play anything I can feel!

I'd like to find a band or singer who has that bluesy Robert Plant, Chris Robinson, (early) Rod Stewart raspy, gutsy feel and can play off the music and groove that the band creates.

I'm a pretty versatile player and not a control freak. I don't mind listening to your ideas and working along with other members input.

Anyhoo... if anybody out there wants to give it a go... drop me a line and let me know what you're into and if I can help in any way.
