Groovecore:
Before Forge The Sky, the band was called Of Hearts and Shadows(OHAS). OHAS went on to tour the country and eventually got signed to a label that currently no longer exists. All together, 4 original members have stuck together to become what is now Forge The Sky. This band isn't about conforming to the "metal" scene of today but has found a way to balance out their music so all can appreciate. Never sticking to a particular genre, groovecore is the name Forge The Sky brings. Having played 4 shows in the past few months without a singer has forced audiences to really listen to the music. The response Forge The Sky has been receiving has been uplifting and promising that indeed, they are getting through to their audience. Not being your average band, they have so far 3 guitars, bass, drums, and the latest addition a lead scream vocalist. The only missing link to this band is the Lead Female vocalist who will become the last piece to this band.

Influences
Our sound is hard to explain because it's evolving very rapidly but this is the best description I can think of. Deftones/Hopesfall, Dance Gavin Dance/circa survive, As I Lay Dying/Thrice/poison the well.
