ABOUT
I'm a very experienced musician looking for the right band with whom I can sing and play cello and/or rhythm guitar. While I'm pretty serious about music, it's really about having fun for me - no big ego here! I like playing most styles of music, loud and soft (preferably both!), and have played everything from progressive to alternative to experimental. Voice is my favorite instrument and I have fronted several awesome bands over the years. My cello playing style - which I usually do while standing - is closer to rock than classical, and I'm very comfortable improvising. I also enjoy writing songs and lyrics, especially as a collaboration. Ideally, I would like to find a band to occasionally play with in the Watertown area.
NOTE: The posted song is "Wait On Me" by Twisted Wood, which is a band I was in a few years ago. This recording features me singing and playing cello.
