I have been classically trained in violin and cello so my understanding of music and music theory is fairly big!
I love most types of music but my favorite genre is Progressive Metal, I like a good challenge and prog just seems to do it for me.
In high school I was the guy who would play the instrument that we needed for the song but didn't have anyone on, this included tuba, trombone, trumpet and a little French horn.
I am also just starting to get into recording music so just for fun I like to record and see if I can make the mix sound good. It may be fun to be in a band that wanted to record a little as well, my last band would record for reference.
I am a committed musician who would like to maybe gig for fun. Like I said, I am primarily interested in prog metal, death metal, metalcore, and maybe some old school stuff. I may venture into hard Rock and Jazzy stuff too!
