Harmony junkie who sings for the pure joy of it. I'm partial to electric guitar, but love that fat sound acoustic guitar adds to the mix.
I've got an excellent ear and stay on pitch like a boss. Great work ethic: I rehearse a lot and put in the time to get it right. I hit the highlights in my influences list, but I listen to and like a bunch of different music beyond this list.
I don't have experience singing with a band, but I'm in a choir (not faith-based). We sing popular music, including the Beatles, Motown, Broadway and jazz. I've had a couple of solos and a duet, and I sing at open mic, as well as with musicians at bars and coffee places.

My solo is in 2 parts, all within the first 1:22 minutes. I was really sick but still belted it out. October 2017.

Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now
Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now Genre: Classic Rock
Solo at 0:44
Under Pressure Genre: Classic Rock
I sang a cappella for this song with two other altos. It's a King's Singers arrangement -- notoriously difficult music.
